Dear friends across the Two Valleys,
Firstly, a warm invitation to our Open Gardens days this coming Sunday 25th and Monday 26th in Crosthwaite. 14 gardens (including the Vicarage) are open along with refreshments available from the Memorial Hall. 10.30am – 4.30pm Tickets £5 for adults available from the Memorial Hall on the day (under 16s go free). Free Minibus service to all the gardens.

Secondly our invitation to English Breakfast at the Vicarage, Crosthwaite on Ascension Day, Thursday 29th May from 8.15am. A short service of Holy Communion (30 mins) will take place in St. Mary’s, Crosthwaite at 7.30am and then back to the Vicarage for Breakfast on this major Feast Day in the Christian calendar. Please can you let Michelle Woodcock know a.s.a.p. if you would like to come for breakfast 015395 68276.
Special displays of flowers will be in St. Mary’s church in Crosthwaite over the two days. If you are planning to come, do ensure that you find some time to include a visit to the church as well to enjoy the fruits of hard work created by our wonderful volunteers.
